Volleyball Recap: Pius XI Catholic Popes vs. New Berlin Eisenhower/New Berlin West
Pius XI Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of New Berlin Eisenhower/New Berlin West.
The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 23-25, 25-14, 25-11.
Ben Ballard paced Pius XI Catholic's offense, picking up 12 kills. Ballard got some help from Finnley Beecham and his 13 assists. Finally, Morgan Gillitzer and Jonathan Jackson kept the team grounded on defense, each having blocked two attacks.
