Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Nocona walked away with it. They had just enough and edged out the Forsan Buffaloes 3-2. The victory was familiar territory for the Indians, who have now won 14 matchups in a row.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Nocona who won the one that mattered. The final score came out to 25-23, 20-25, 25-15, 16-25, 16-14.

Nocona's record now sits at 31-12. As for Forsan, they moved to 35-8 with that loss, which also ended their 15-match winning streak.
