Soccer Recap: West Port Has No Trouble Against Dunnellon

West Port's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They were the clear victor by a 5-1 margin over the Dunnellon Tigers. Ally Jones was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

West Port has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-8-1 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 11 goals over those four contests. As for Dunnellon, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-9-1.

West Port will square off against Gainesville at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Dunnellon, they will take on Branford at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
