Soccer Recap: Pacifica Comes Up Short

While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Pacifica was not quite Oxnard's equal in the second half on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Yellowjackets by a score of 1-0. The shutout was out of character for Pacifica seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in December of 2025.

Pacifica now has a losing record of 2-3-1. As for Oxnard, they pushed their record up to 4-2-3 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Pacifica will take on rival Buena at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Oxnard is set to challenge their familiar foe Rio Mesa at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday.
