Meanwhile, West Shore waltzed into their game on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They claimed a resounding 76-43 victory over the Red Wolves.

West Shore's win came from a few key players Melbourne Central Catholic will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Beau Couture, who dropped a double-double on 30 points and ten rebounds. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 2.1 steals per game. Christian Rebec was another key player, going 6 of 12 en route to 16 points along with eight steals and six boards.

West Shore pushed their record up to 9-9 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.5 points per game. As for Melbourne Central Catholic, their victory bumped their record up to 13-6.
