Football Recap: Anderson's Undefeated Season over After 15 Games

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Anderson can now relate to. They took a hard 37-20 fall against the Avon Eagles on Thursday. The matchup marked the Raptors' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Despite the loss, Anderson still got an impressive performance from Owen Scalf, who threw for 376 yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 38 yards and one score. The Raptors' leading receiver Tysin Weaver was Scalf's top target yet again, picking up 125 receiving yards and one TD.

Having lost for the first time this season, Anderson fell to 14-1. As for Avon, the victory was the 13th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-1.

As of now, neither Anderson nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
