Football Game Preview: Jesuit Tigers vs. Hillsborough Terriers + Official Tickets

Jesuit is a perfect 5-0 against Hillsborough since September of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Tigers will welcome the Terriers at 7:30 p.m. One thing working in Jesuit's favor is that they have posted at least 31 points in their last five games.

On Friday, everything came up roses for Jesuit against Brandon as the team secured a 57-7 victory. Considering the Tigers have won six matchups by more than 30 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Jesuit got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Will Griffin out in front who threw for 208 yards and four touchdowns on perfect 12-for-12 passing. The dominant performance also gave Griffin a new career-high in passer rating (177.1). Hezekiah Davis helped Griffin out on the ground, rushing for 27 yards and a pair of scores, while also picking up 39 receiving yards and one TD.

Meanwhile, Hillsborough was beaten by Blake 63-24 on Friday. The Terriers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jesuit's victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Hillsborough, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 2-6.

Everything came up roses for Jesuit against Hillsborough in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 42-6 win. In that contest, the Tigers amassed a halftime lead of 28-6, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
