Rising Sun came out on top against Austin on Saturday thanks in part to Cooper Merica's efforts. Merica scored three runs while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances, which was good enough to set a new career-high in runs.

Looking ahead, Merica and Rising Sun will take on Trinity Lutheran at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
