With a playoff win on the line, Treynor rose to the challenge on Friday. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 49-7 win over the Ogden Bulldogs. The result was nothing new for the Cardinals, who have now won eight games by 25 points or more so far this season.

The victory (which was Treynor's seventh in a row) raised their record to 8-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 9.7 points on average over those games. As for Ogden, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record this season.

Treynor will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Hinton on November 7. The Cardinals will need to watch out since the Blackhawks have now posted at least 31 points in their last four matchups. Ogden does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
