Soccer Recap: Owego Free Academy Takes a Loss

Owego Free Academy's game on Tuesday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They came up short against the Seton Catholic Central Saints, falling 4-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Seton Catholic Central this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-1 back in September.

Owego Free Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Seton Catholic Central, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 9-2-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Owego Free Academy will host Windsor Central at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Seton Catholic Central, they will look to defend their home pitch on Thursday against Chenango Forks at 7:00 p.m. Chenango Forks' last five matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
