Soccer Recap: Caldwell Takes a Loss

Caldwell scored the most goals they've had this season on Saturday, but it wasn't enough. They came up short against the Belpre Golden Eagles, falling 9-1. Caldwell haven't had much luck with Belpre recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Caldwell's goal came courtesy of Emma Hayes, which was the first he's scored this season.

Caldwell's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Belpre, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Caldwell will venture away from home to take on Wood County Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Belpre, they will square off against Wellston at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
