Recap: Hamilton Braves vs. Colusa RedHawks
The Hamilton Braves lost against the Colusa RedHawks back in December of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Hamilton was dealt a 66-35 loss at the hands of Colusa. Hamilton has struggled against Colusa recently, as their matchup on Friday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
Hamilton's lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Kayden Strong, who scored 8 points along with 5 assists. Another player making a difference was Caden Stickney, who scored 11 points along with 5 rebounds and 4 steals.
Hamilton's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Colusa, they now have a winning record of 4-3.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hamilton will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Maxwell at 7:30 p.m. on January 9, 2024. As for Colusa, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Sutter at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Sutter has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
