Cherokee and Grayson squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Cherokee had to settle for second. They fell to the Grayson Rams 53-48. The Warriors' defeat signaled the end of their eight-game winning streak.

Cherokee's loss dropped their record down to 26-5. As for Grayson, the victory was the 30th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 30-1.

Cherokee does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Grayson, they will face off against Newton on March 8th. Newton will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Grayson surely won't give up without a fight.
