Volleyball Recap: Mandeville Takes a Tough Playoff Loss + How To Watch

Mandeville and Northshore squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Mandeville had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 3-2. The Skippers have struggled against the Panthers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Mandeville wouldn't go down easily and took Northshore into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking seven-point loss. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-19, 21-25, 24-26, 15-8.

Despite the loss, Mandeville still got an impressive performance from Kinsley Windom, who had 18 digs and one assist. Hannah Register also deserves some recognition as she had her first blocks of the season.

Mandeville's defeat dropped their record down to 17-15. As for Northshore, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 28-12 record this season.

As of now, neither Mandeville nor Northshore have any future games scheduled.
