With a playoff win on the line, Washington International rose to the challenge on Wednesday. They never let the Georgetown Day Mighty Hoppers get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory. Washington International's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three matches.

Filippo Mancini-Griffoli and Leandro Dos Santos scored both of Washington International's goals, bringing their combined season tally to nine goals.
