Football Recap: Kingston Comes Up Short

After flying high against Madill last Friday, Kingston came back down to earth. The Redskins fell just short of the Fairview Yellowjackets by a score of 23-21 on Friday. The Redskins were not able to make up for their defeat to the Yellowjackets from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Kingston's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Fairview, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kingston will head out to take on Comanche at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Fairview, they will venture away from home to square off against Tonkawa at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
