Softball Recap: Gresham Has No Trouble Against Clackamas

Gresham won the last time they faced Clackamas and things went their way on Monday too. The Gophers blew past the Cavaliers 18-3. The result was nothing new for the Gophers, who have now won seven matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.

Gresham pushed their record up to 9-10 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Clackamas, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-12 record this season.
