Volleyball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Dripping Springs

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Dripping Springs walked away with it. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Vandegrift Vipers on Thursday. The victory was familiar territory for the Tigers, who have now won four contests in a row.

Henley Anderson paced Dripping Springs' offense, picking up 23 kills. Anderson got some help from Sydney Lund and her 35 assists. Finally, Lund was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high three blocks.

Dripping Springs' win bumped their record up to 27-18. As for Vandegrift, they moved to 23-21 with that defeat, which also ended their three-match winning streak.

As of now, neither Dripping Springs nor the Vipers have any future games scheduled.
