Slinger has gone a perfect 3-0 against Fond du Lac recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Owls will look to defend their home court against the Cardinals at 7:00 p.m. After the two teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky on Saturday.

Slinger is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They blew past Germantown 3-0.

Meanwhile, Fond du Lac waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Bluejays.

Fond du Lac never let Menasha on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The final score came out to 27-25, 25-13, 25-19.

Slinger better focus on containing Breahna Mentink and Liberty Gessner as the pair were huge in Fond du Lac's win. Mentink had 14 digs and two aces, while Gessner had 12 assists and four digs. What's more, Mentink racked up nine assists, the most she's had since back in September.

Fond du Lac's victory bumped their record up to 19-11. As for Slinger, their win bumped their record up to 21-13.

Slinger skirted past Fond du Lac 2-1 in their previous matchup back in September of 2022. Do the Owls have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Cardinals turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
