Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Anna). They managed a 67-63 win over the Versailles Tigers on Saturday. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Rockets' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 319th, while the Tigers are ranked 119th).

Anna is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a massive bump to their 11-10 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.3 points over those games. As for Versailles, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 15-6 record this season.

Looking ahead, Anna will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Jackson Center at 7:30 p.m. Jackson Center has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the contest with three straight losses, while Anna will come in with five straight wins. As for Versailles, they will face off against St. Henry at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. St. Henry will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Versailles surely won't give up without a fight.
