Bonanza wins going away against Amplus Academy

The Bonanza Bengals's game on Tuesday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 55-37 victory over Amplus Academy. The high flying offensive effort was a huge turnaround for Bonanza's 18-point performance the matchup before.
Amplus Academy's loss came despite strong showings from Talaya Allen and Vanesa Rozniece. Allen scored 8 points along with 9 steals, while Rozniece scored 6 points along with 7 rebounds.
The victory got Bonanza back to even at 1-1. As for Amplus Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bonanza will take on Southeast Career Tech at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Hopefully Southeast Career Tech focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 36 on Friday. As for Amplus Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Valley at 5:00 p.m. Valley has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
