Volleyball Recap: Ringgold Find Success

Ringgold's tournament run continued when they took on Denmark on Saturday. The Tigers came out on top against Denmark by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tigers.

Their offense was headlined by Alayna Yarger and Brylee Gann, who picked up seven kills apiece. They got some help from Sadie Pritchard and her ten assists. She also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Natalie Crane, racking up two apiece.

Denmark's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Rayna Radhakrishnan, who had four digs and three aces.

Ringgold's victory bumped their record up to 18-8. As for Denmark, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-13.

Ringgold has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe on the 16th. As for Denmark, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Darlington on the 15th.
