Basketball Recap: Battery Creek Takes a Loss

Battery Creek was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were dealt a 49-22 defeat at the hands of the Hilton Head Prep Dolphins.

Battery Creek's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Hilton Head Prep, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-6 record this season.

Battery Creek will take on Hampton County at 4:00 p.m. on January 4, 2025. As for Hilton Head Prep, they and John Paul II will face off at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Hilton Head Prep comes in on six and John Paul II on five.
