Volleyball Recap: Cornerstone Christian Takes a Loss + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Cornerstone Christian can now relate to. They fell just short of the Ferndale Wildcats by a score of 3-2 on Wednesday. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Cornerstone Christian sadly dropped the once that decided the match. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 14-25, 25-22, 21-25, 15-10.

Ferndale can attribute much of their success to Fallon Bullan, who had 16 digs. Those 16 digs gave Bullan a new career-high.

Cornerstone Christian's loss dropped their record down to 14-11. As for Ferndale, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 13-13 record this season.

Cornerstone Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ferndale, they will take on Laytonville at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
