After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Hancock County, Middlesboro was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Harlan Green Dragons by a score of 3-1. Surprisingly, this marked the Yellowjackets' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Middlesboro's win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 5-12-1. As for Harlan, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 12 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-19 record this season.

Middlesboro will be playing at home against Lynn Camp at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Harlan, they will venture away from home to take on Bell County at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
