Holy Innocents Episcopal had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14 runs) and they went ahead and made it five on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Chattahoochee Cougars as they made off with a 20-3 win. 20 seems to be a good number for the Golden Bears as the squad scooped up a victory with the same number of runs in their previous game.

Holy Innocents Episcopal's win bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Chattahoochee, they are on a 16-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-14.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Holy Innocents Episcopal will head out to face off against Coretta Scott King YWLA at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The Soaring Eagle have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 16.25 runs per game on average), something the Golden Bears will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Chattahoochee, they will venture away from home to take on Johns Creek at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
