Basketball Game Preview: Potlatch Loggers vs. Kendrick Tigers + How To Watch

The Potlatch Loggers will face off against the Kendrick Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Kendrick took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Potlatch, who comes in off a win.

Potlatch will roll into the matchup after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up 12 points last Tuesday, then bounced right back against Clearwater Valley on Monday. The Loggers enjoyed a cozy 55-40 victory over the Rams. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Potlatch to victory, but perhaps none more so than Cadance Carlson, who dropped a double-double with 11 points and ten rebounds. Those ten boards gave Carlson a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Daycee Fry, who dropped a double-double with 14 points and 13 rebounds.

Meanwhile, Kendrick unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They took a hard 48-33 fall against Genesee last Tuesday. The Tigers have struggled against the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Potlatch took a serious blow against Kendrick in their previous meeting back in January, falling 60-31. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of the Tigers' Hali Anderson, who shot 64% from the field on her way to 26 points.
