Elkin won the last time they faced East Wilkes and things went their way on Thursday too. The Buckin' Elks walked away with a 3-1 win over the Cardinals.

Elkin was dominant in they sets they won, taking each by at least 25 points. The final score came out to 25-0, 0-25, 25-0, 25-0.

Elkin's victory bumped their record up to 4-7. As for East Wilkes, they dropped their record down to 2-9 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.
