Football Game Preview: Ripon Indians vs. Orestimba Warriors + How To Watch

The Ripon Indians will challenge the Orestimba Warriors at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The timing is sure in Ripon's favor as the team sits on three straight wins at home while Orestimba has been banged up by five consecutive losses on the road dating back to last season.

Ripon was handed a heart-breaking three-point loss in their last matchup, but they sure didn't let that happen against Modesto on Friday. The Indians claimed a resounding 42-14 win over the Panthers. Considering the Indians have won three games by more than 21 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

It was another big night for Andrew Shaw, who rushed for 63 yards and one score on only seven carries, and also threw for 120 yards and a pair of TDs while completing 77.8% of his passes.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Orestimba's offense. They were dealt a 56-0 defeat at the hands of Sonora on Friday. Having soared to a lofty 41 points in the game before, the Warriors' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Orestimba now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Ripon, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.
