Basketball Recap: Moran Comes Up Short

Moran played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They had to suffer through a 63-10 loss at the hands of the Eula Pirates. The Bulldogs were probably out for revenge after losing 76-13 to them when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

When it comes to explaining why Moran lost, don't look at Cotton Campbell. Despite the final result, he posted eight points and eight boards.

Moran dropped their record down to 4-13 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Eula, their win bumped their record up to 6-11.

Moran has already played their next match, a 63-12 loss against Strawn on the 14th. Eula has also already played their next contest (against Ranger), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
