Soccer Recap: Lafayette Plays to a Tie

For the first time this season, Lafayette was forced to settle for a draw. They and the Lackawanna Steelers finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw on Thursday.

Fredy Sanclemente and Nagalele Asende scored both of Lafayette's goals, bringing their combined season tally to eight goals.

Lafayette's draw makes their record 3-0-1 this season. As for Lackawanna, they moved theirs to 3-0-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lafayette will head out to square off against McKinley at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Lackawanna, they will venture away from home to challenge Starpoint at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
