Killingly is a perfect 3-0 against Ledyard since October of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Trailbazers will welcome the Colonels at 6:30 p.m. Killingly knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 31 points or more in their past 11 matchups -- so hopefully Ledyard likes a good challenge.
Killingly is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Wednesday. They blew past Ellington, posting a 56-20 win. The result was nothing new for the Trailbazers, who have now won ten games by 28 points or more so far this season.

Hayden Allard had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 61 yards and three scores on only seven carries. He is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in three or more in each of the last three games he's played.
Meanwhile, it was close, but on Wednesday Ledyard sidestepped Law for a 32-29 victory.
Killingly better keep an eye on Calvin J Casavant. He was instrumental in Ledyard's win, rushing for 171 yards and one touchdown while picking up 7.4 yards per carry. That's the most rushing yards J Casavant has posted since back in September.
Ledyard was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 348 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 155 rushing yards every time they've taken the field this season.
Ledyard pushed their record up to 8-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 46.3 points over those games. As for Killingly, their win bumped their record up to 11-0.
Monday's contest might be decided on the ground. Killingly has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 297.9 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Ledyard struggles in that department as they've been averaging 350.4 rushing yards. There's a good chance Monday's matchup turns into a tough fight on the ground.
Killingly didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Ledyard when the teams last played back in November of 2023, but they still walked away with a 28-22 victory. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was the Colonels' Anthony Adamick, who rushed for 287 yards and three TDs while picking up 8.4 yards per carry. Now that he won't be playing on Monday, will it be easier for the Trailbazers to walk away with another win? There's only one way to find out.
