Volleyball Recap: Charleston Takes a Loss

Charleston was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Carterville Lions.

The final score came out to 25-18, 25-11.

Charleston's loss dropped their record down to 5-25. As for Carterville, they pushed their record up to 19-13 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

Charleston has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Mahomet-Seymour on the 21st. As for Carterville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Richland County on the 18th.
