Puxico won against Richland last Friday with 61 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Saturday. The Puxico Indians were the clear victor by a 61-38 margin over the Bernie Mules. The Indians have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five contests by 23 points or more this season.

The victory (which was Puxico's third in a row) raised their record to 8-1. As for Bernie, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.

Puxico wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 64-60 win against Dexter on the 30th. As for Bernie, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 67-66 victory against East Prairie on the 30th.
