It was a good run, but Bradley-Bourbonnais unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-match winning streak on Thursday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lincoln-Way West Warriors. The Boilermakers were not able to make up for their loss to the Warriors from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Hannah Wojnowski paced Bradley-Bourbonnais' offense, picking up four kills. Wojnowski got some help from Harper Tollefson and her eight assists.
Lincoln-Way West had a senior duo take command as Claire Murphy had 24 assists and five digs and Sophia Rozga had ten digs and two assists. Murphy is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 13 or more in each of the last five games she's played.
Bradley-Bourbonnais' defeat dropped their record down to 11-7. As for Lincoln-Way West, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-9 record this season.
Bradley-Bourbonnais wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Thornton Fractional North on the 26th. As for Lincoln-Way West, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Stagg at 5:45 p.m.
