Baseball Game Preview: East Bridgewater Vikings vs. Norwell Clippers

The East Bridgewater Vikings will square off against the Norwell Clippers at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Last Wednesday, East Bridgewater didn't have quite enough to beat Rockland and fell 7-6.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Norwell). They walked away with a 10-5 win over Rockland on Friday. The victory continues a trend for the Clippers in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won eight in a row.

The win got Norwell back to even at 2-2. As for East Bridgewater, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

East Bridgewater was able to grind out a solid victory over Norwell in their previous matchup back in May of 2024, winning 3-0. Will the Vikings repeat their success, or do the Clippers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
