Soccer Recap: Dunedin Takes a Loss

Dunedin managed to keep up with Seminole until halftime on Wednesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Dunedin Falcons came up short against the Seminole Warhawks, falling 5-0. If the Falcons were looking for revenge after losing 4-0 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

This is the second loss in a row for Dunedin and nudges their season record down to 5-6-2. As for Seminole, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-8.

Dunedin will square off against Gibbs at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Gibbs' last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Seminole, they will take on Pinellas Park at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Pinellas Park is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.2 goals per game this season.
