It's playoff time, and Heritage had no trouble coming through when it counted. While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was the Hawks who were credited with the victory on Thursday. The Heritage Hawks got it done in the shootout by posting three goals to the Trinity Christian Crusaders's one. Winning may never get old, but Heritage sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Maddie Brenan, who's now up to 13 this season.

Heritage's win bumped their record up to 10-6. As for Trinity Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-5 record this season.

Heritage will take on Westminster Christian Academy on Friday. Heritage's defense better be ready for this one: Westminster Christian Academy have averaged an impressive 5.3 goals per game this season. Trinity Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
