Soccer Recap: Manistee Takes a Loss

Manistee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Montague Wildcats. If Manistee were looking for revenge after losing 3-2 to Montague when the teams met back in May of 2025, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Manistee's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Montague, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-4-1 record this season.

Manistee will welcome Whitehall at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Manistee will be up against Whitehall's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.09 goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Montague, they will head out on the road to take on Fremont at 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
