Football Game Preview: Pine Bluff Zebras vs. Robinson Senators + Official Tickets

The Pine Bluff Zebras will head out on the road to take on the Robinson Senators at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Pine Bluff will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each game than the last.

Having struggled with three defeats in a row, Pine Bluff turned things around against Watson Chapel on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 32-8 margin over the Wildcats. The Zebras' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Meanwhile, Robinson faced Searcy in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Senators took down the Lions 46-29.

A big part of Robinson's win came down to the chemistry between Reece Simpson and his top target Josiah Warrior-Benson. Simpson threw for 282 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 12.8 yards per attempt while Warrior-Benson picked up 106 receiving yards and one TD. Those 106 receiving yards gave Warrior-Benson a new career-high.

Robinson was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 211 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 211 rushing yards in four consecutive contests.

Robinson's victory bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Pine Bluff, their win bumped their record up to 2-6.

Pine Bluff lost to Robinson on the road by a decisive 33-14 margin in their previous matchup back in November of 2024. Thankfully for the Zebras, Tyson Bradden (who threw for 331 yards and four TDs while completing 75.8% of his passes) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
