Volleyball Recap: King's Academy Comes Up Short

King's Academy managed to slip by Pee Dee Academy the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Lions lost 3-0 to the Golden Eagles on Tuesday. The Lions just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-12, 25-20.

King's Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Pee Dee Academy, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-2.

Coming up, Pee Dee Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Wilson at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. King's Academy will be paying especially close attention to the Golden Eagles' match: after the Golden Eagles face off against Dillon Christian, they'll take on King's Academy again at 5:30 p.m. on the 29th.
