Eastside lost against Boiling Springs on September 4th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Eagles fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 3-2. The Eagles' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Eastside sadly dropped the once that decided the match. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 16-25, 25-13, 19-25, 15-12.

Eastside's defeat dropped their record down to 9-16-1. As for Boiling Springs, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-5 record this season.
