3A Region 8 recap October 22, 2013
Perry Central and Sumrall played the most contested game in 3A Region 8 this week, with Perry Central eventually emerging with a 34-28 victory.
Tylertown took down St. Patrick 48-10 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Josh Miller threw for 251 yards and 2 touchdowns. He was 20-32 with 3 interceptions.
Adrian Miller was the best receiver in the league this week as West Marion fell to Seminary. Miller tallied 6 receptions for 107 yards. Money Gaddis helped West Marion's passing attack out by catching 4 balls for 63 yards.
At the moment, the Chiefs are in fourth, while the Bulldogs are in second.
