Basketball Recap: Huntington Beats Loyola College Prep for Their Fourth Straight Victory

Huntington strolled into their game on Tuesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. Everything went their way against the Loyola College Prep Flyers as they made off with a 64-42 victory. 64 seems to be a good number for the Raiders as the team scooped up a win with the same number of points in their previous game.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Huntington to victory, but perhaps none more so than Peyton Parker, who shot 50% from the field to rack up 20 points. The game was Parker's third in a row with at least 19 points. Ejayden Mcdonald was another key player, going 5-for-7 on his way to 10 points in addition to five assists and five steals.

Huntington's record is now 4-0. As for Loyola College Prep, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

Looking ahead, Huntington will venture away from home to face off against Wossman at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Loyola College Prep, they will take on Byrd at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
