It's playoff time, and Triton had no trouble coming through when it counted. They put the hurt on the North Judson-San Pierre Bluejays with a sharp 3-0 victory on Saturday. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 2-0 victory back in September.

Avery Viers paced Triton's offense, picking up 14 kills. Viers got some help from Clara Doll and her 22 assists. Finally, Savannah Hawley kept Triton's defense grounded, leading the team with four blocks.

Triton is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-11 record this season. As for North Judson-San Pierre, they moved to 18-16 with that loss, which also ended their five-match winning streak.

Looking ahead, after both having extra time off, Triton and Fort Wayne Canterbury will shake off the rust and duke it out at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. North Judson-San Pierre does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
