Soccer Recap: Walton Comes Up Short

Walton lost against Destin back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Braves fell 3-1 to the Sharks.

Walton's goal came courtesy of Cezar Lara, which was the first he's scored this season.

Walton's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Destin, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Walton will square off against rival Freeport at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Destin is set to face off against their familiar foe Bozeman at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
