Basketball Recap: King's Loss Ends Five-Game Winning Streak on the Road

If King was feeling good fresh off their 59-16 takedown of Cedar Park Christian last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The King's Knights took a 52-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lynden Lions on Monday. The Knights were not able to make up for their defeat to the Lions from their previous meeting back in January of 2024.

King's loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-4. As for Lynden, the win keeps them at an undefeated 14-0.

King's is taking a road trip to square off against Eastside Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. King's is facing Eastside Prep at the right time seeing as Eastside Prep is stuck on a four-game losing streak. Lynden has already played their next contest (against Meridian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
