Soccer Game Preview: Westwood vs. Treasure Coast

The Westwood Panthers will venture away from home to square off against the Treasure Coast Titans at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Westwood is coming into the game fresh off a high-scoring shootout with Tradition Prep that saw the pair combine for 23 shots on goal. Westwood had just enough and edged Tradition Prep out 3-2 on Friday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Panthers as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

They hit Tradition Prep with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Chefterry Fleurivil, Diego Enciso, and Rodwin Lemus.

Meanwhile, Treasure Coast kept a clean sheet against Lincoln Park Academy on Monday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Greyhounds. The win was some much needed relief for the Titans as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Treasure Coast's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-8. As for Westwood, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-7-1.
