Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Pace Academy). They blew past the M.L. King Lions 12-0 on Friday. Abigail Young was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

The victory was the third in a row for Pace Academy, bringing their record for this year to 6-2. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 27 goals over those three games. As for M.L. King, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pace Academy will host Lambert at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Lambert's defense has only allowed 0.4 goals per game this season, so Pace Academy's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for M.L. King, they will challenge Drew at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. M.L. King will be up against Drew's rather soft defense (which has allowed 5.86 goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
