Daniel Gardner Game Report: @ Mount View

Daniel Gardner has brought in more RBI than anyone else on the Washington Academy team this season and he led the team again on Thursday. Gardner made a splash, going 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base. Considering he played a big game the last time he faced off against Mount View back in May of 2024, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock. That home run marked the first that Gardner has launched this season.

Gardner's strong effort led Washington Academy over Mount View and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Raiders are 8-1 against the Mustangs going back to April of 2018, a lead they'll look to extend.
